 When submitting a ticket, you'll have the opportunity to request assistance in the following categories:

 Product Feedback: Share feature requests or provide general feedback about any of our products.

Pre-Sales Request: Seek support related to pre-sales inquiries.

Contract Request: Get assistance with contract-related matters.

Pro Services Request: Request professional services support.

Promo Code Request: Obtain assistance with promo code-related inquiries.

Documentation Request: Access relevant documentation and resources.

Onboarding Request: Kick of any new partner onboardings

Demo Account Access: Request access to demo accounts.

Training Request: Request to arrange a training session

IT and Infra: Report any IT-related issues e.g. Office 365, MS Azure, telephony, data center, UK IT Support (e.g. laptop issues).

Once you submit a ticket, it will be promptly attended to by the appropriate category owner, who will respond to your request. All ticket updates can be conveniently viewed in 'My Area,' and you'll also receive email notifications for any updates.
